I have a Guppy fish and I think it is sick?

I have 29 gallon fish tank with 2 guppies and one ADF. One of the guppies is pregnant, I dont know if its just going into the "pre-stages" of labour of just sick. It is always at at the bottem of the tank and not coming up to eat. It looks like its about to explode though. It has been sick for one and a half days now.
Can anyone help me?!?!

Hi Bob. as others have said I would definately seek Vetinary help, but if you do not years ago I had a Molly which was heavily pregnant and acting a similar way to your Guppy. I very gently placed my thumb one side of her abdomen, finfer the other side and stroked downwards, but I emphasise very gently and the fry started to come from her. Just maybe the fry are stuck as mt Mollies were.But first option would be vets
 
I had the same problem!!! my fish was at the bottom of the tank and it wouldent eat. we tried to help her but later that evening she diel!! if your worried, ask the Vet and make sure that she is ok.
