i have a gateway laptop windows 7 and i can't figure out how to turn on the bluetooth!!?

First , Usually you must press and hold the Fn key and after that press the blue tooth key .
see If there is a sign of bluetooth or the "bluetooth" word itself on the bottom of the laptop on a sticker . If no so your laptop doesn't has Bluetooth !
Sometimes while there is bluetooth key , but there is no bluetooth module installed on the laptop and this is a factory option .

There's a button on my keyboard that has the bluetooth sign but when I push on it, nothing happens!! I even tried to go in and click on add new device. It just keeps on searching and cannot find my motorola phone and the phone can't find the laptop! But my motorola phone can find my samsung phone through bluetooth!! I am so confused!!
