...custody of her legal guardians? this friend was placed into foster care and then guardianship-ed... so she was still a ward of the state (illinois)...unfortunately her guardians decided to kick her out of the house and are not cooperating in producing her legal documents... who would need to be contacted to find her copy... she needs it very quickly as her financial aid to college depends on her producing it... please help!
