I have a friend who has these problems with his health...what is it?

- Sometimes his joints become stiff and become painful to move
- Continuous bad sneezes (he doesn't have a flu/cold)
- Sometimes the ground feels like its shaking up and down

Is this an illness? What problem does he have?

He's 22 years old. He's not fat.

sounds like the beginning of a cold or flu.

stiff joints and sneezes, the ground shaking sounds like maybe vertigo, probably fighting off something.

anxiety is probably setting in too, google it.
