We all shape each others behaviors and let people know what is acceptable and what is not. He is getting away with this and if it goes on, it will get worst. Tell him to stop it and if he does not, get away from this kid. You need better people in your life.
 
Like he would fight with people, play around slap them in a joking way, and stuff, but sometimes it REALLY hurts..
should I say something to him?
He might just laugh and think wtf...
 
wen he does it again just be like wtf is ur problem or say to him if he keeps treating u like shit that u dnt wanna hang with him any more OR lol wen he hits u hit him bak n do exactly the same to him like what he does to u :) hope this helps you
