well you can get a line out converter for you amp, and in the remote turn on wire you can put in a simple toggle switch to turn the amp on and off. As far as turning the bass down certain amps come with remotes for that, but i dont think sony has anything like that

As far as the radio, i would buy a kenwood or apline instead of using the stock. you will not get the ability to do what you want with the settings on the stock one. The power control will be on the amp more than likely..i have to change my frequency with a flat tip screw driver..not a big deal tho. hoped that helped
 
...system. Details below? This is what I have right now:
2 Sony Xplode 1300w Subwoofer (already installed in box)
1200 watt Xplode XM-2202GTR amp
wiring kit
stock radio with 6 cd changer (don't know if that makes a difference)

What I want:
Want to have it hooked up to the the regular radio, also want to have a kill switch for the subs and a bass control for the subs to control how much power to have (not the bass control in the stock radio). If you could help me out, that would be great, thanks.
