i have a FORD MONDEO tddi and when it goes 3000rpm it strugles and wont pull as

it revs fine when stood still. when you accelerate it struggles in the same place all the time but if you keep your foot down it does eventualy go to 4500rpm

Sounds like fuel starvation. maybe fuel pump problem or fuel injectors.
