check for a relay or circuit breaker an overload due to frozen(iced) windows may have caused a failure

THEY WENT DOWN AND UP AGAIN not a problem

they freeze with ice
they go bad alot a price one pays for having them

if fuse good then motor might be bad or switch bad most common motor is bad

Sounds like anti theft system is over riding the controls.

Try puting it some place to warm up and see if they work then.
