one tell me what it is? It looks similar to a Silver Dollar, but it does not have the the Red Anal Fin, but has a small red stripe on the on its cheeks, above its pectoral fin. Can some one tell me what it is?
Well, there are different species of silver dollar. And you better hope thats what you have. Because the other option will actually outgrow a 300 gallon tank.
Its either a Silver Dollar of some sort, or a Pacu.
Piranhas are a possibility, but once they start growing, piranhas have an extremely obvious underbite. And very noticeable teeth. The other two dont really have any teeth and they both have a slight overbight.
