I just bought a new Samsung Memoir and there are a couple things I don't get.
First, how do I sync music on my phone? so far, i have been transferring music via bluetooth, but is there a way i can use itunes or windows media player to transfer all my music at once? i tried connecting the USB, and the phone starts charging, but the device isnt shown in "my computer".
second, i was playing music yesterday on my phone, and it worked fine, but all of a sudden, i tried playing a song, and it said "file does not exist". why is this happening?
If i could only get into my phone's drive through my computer, i would be able to put in songs, and save the pictures i took to my laptop, but i just can't seem to get it to connect.
help?
