Ok here they go.
1) I am buying a new tank and I am wondering what size I should get its going to house 4 bala sharks and an albino chocolate algae eater. If you go by the inch per gallon I would only need a 75 but it looks small when you think about them trying to turn and move when they reach full size. How long could they live in a 75?
2) What should I do my algae eater keeps eating meat like shrimp and worms. Should I worry since hes supposed to be a vegetarian?
3) How long do balas take to reach there full size?

Thanks for all the help!

Your little pleco should be fine! They are good scavengers, all the extra protein will do is help him grow faster! As for a 75, I guess it depends on the shape, if it's a show tank like my 60, it's thin and tall and that won't be very comfortable. Maybe you can find a bow front? This should be pretty deep to give them a lot of free space to wiggle around freely! If you can get bigger, why not?! Your fish certainly won't tell you no! As for the full size of a bala, diet and water conditions can make a difference. If they've been well cared for their whole life : ) their will grow much faster. Maybe a year? Just like the pleco, the more protein the faster they will grow.
Best of Luck!
