well i have a friend who in the last 2 years hardly had any runnin or a sports game and he was eating all the time u know choclate burger pizza all the unhealthy stuff
i convinced him 2 go for runin with me( i do that three times a week )
he said yes but i dont have any program or somthin for him how can make up some program for him to follow we have no m0ney 2 join club so i hop we get some advice here thanx ppl
