i have a fantastic business idea but need a small loan and have poor credit?

i was young and dumb and didn't care about my credit and now it is really affecting my life. I have a great business plan and actually already have it in motion but am kind of at a stand still as i need about another 1500 -2500 for it. I would be willing to pay outrageous interest rates to anyone or company who can help me out because that is how confident i am that this will be an absolute money maker. can anyone direct me to someone or company that helps people with poor credit
