I have a factory mercedes radio. Can i hook my ipod to it anyway?

I have a 2000 C Class Mercedes, Below is a thumbnail of the pic of the radio I have. There is no CD player. Is there any way I can hook my ipod to this stereo without having to buy a different stereo and having it installed?
