i have a extremely hard time talking to women... i'm a loner and has always been.?

Okay let me vent. I have a hard time talking to women... a very hard time. I'm what you would call a loner, always by myself. I'm a country boy where thr roots of being respectful of women is thick in my up bring.... I never heard my parents argue. I'm black american and the girls use to pick at me so bad as a kid until I completely cut the idea of having a woman in my life off until I'm successful. The few times that I have approached a woman I have been turned down. The one big crush that I did have was a friend and she didn't want nothing more but I did and it ended sourly. That made it worse for me. I mainly see woman at work (retail) and as soon as I walk into the building my mind goes into work mode and I see nothing but grey. I'm not gay people! My friends say that I'm hard... both of my brothers are married happy and living their life. I'm trying to go up the success ladder without letting anything stand in my way but "I'm starting to feel lonely" and that's not cool. All I hear from my boys is " yo, I got 3 girls numbers today" I'm suppose to have that too right? Yo, this sucks...
