i have a dual voice kicker l7and sony xm 9001gtr amp?

my question is the amp is 2ohm stable is this amp good to power my
4ohm kicker L7 the sub is a dual voice coil and wired in parallel it puts
out a 2ohm load or should i a 1ohm stable amp just would like to know
before hooking it up
the thing is that i have my L7 in truck box in regular cab chevy silverado i have limited space
 
Yea and no. The Sony amp is 2ohm stable but is wayyyyy to underpowered for that L7. The L7 can easily take 750wattsRMS. Find a used Kicker ZX 750.1 or similar amp that will do that sbwoofer justice. Also, if you want the best sound, put that beast in a 2-2.5 cu ft box ported and tuned at 34hz.
