i have a dodge avenger 97 6 cylinder my cams are out of aliment?

my cams are out of aliment with the timing belt still on and good condition....the power steering belt and alternator belt came off...the cams crashed when i pulled the car out the drive way and when i pulled back in and thats when they crashed...... i think the gear the crankshaft is attached to is out of sink
