I have spent over 2000.00 trying to get this corrected, over and beyond what the warranty covered. I have gone from putting a new tranmission (under Warranty) which still did not correct the problem to sensors, to new batteries. I was told the truck has an electronic clutch and when the batteries go down the clutch is doing the skipping. I put new batteries in and it worked for six months and now its back. They told me it could be the altenator but it check out to be good. This has been going on for 5 years, it comes and goes.
