...whatever gear is at 30 mph ? Can anyone help, I've been told it MIGHT be TCC Solenoid, no one knows how much it is. No one seems to know how to or where to put it on. Any help on where, how and how much this cost would be very helpfull

the tcc is in the transmission and can be accessed by removing the pan on it ,but that wont stop it from shifting gears, its in limp mode and needs to be scanned to find out for sure whats causing this to happen,a bad speed sensor will cause this too happen or a bad tcm unit, don't let no one mess with it that doesn't know what their doing though they can create more problems than you can repair,it normally cost about 300bucks to replace a bad tcc solenoid, but hae shop check it that knows what to look for, good luck.

Did you have the brakes worked on lately? Sounds like your speed sensor. Also could be the gov. There are a lot of MIGHTS here. My Caravan Would not shift on its own. If I ran through the gears manually it would. My tech friend at the dealership told me to run the van up to about 30 and pull it into low 1 I did this a few times and sure enough it freed up the gov. I serviced the trans and have been problem free.
