i have a dell desktop computer, when i try to power it up a yellow light

flashes, but nothing else happens? how do i fix that problem

I had this problem, its one of two things. your Motherboard or your PSU.
Take it to a computer repair shop if you dont know how but you could replace the mobo or the psu yourself if you wanted

If your pc does not turn out like and you dont hear anything you have eather a faulty motherboard or psu powersupply.

if your doing it yourself you shud make sure which is the problem.
To do so run a clip test on the powersupply, if that succeeds it is most likly the motherboards problem and you will need to replace it.
