i have a dance and need ideas for eye makeup? ?

i have my winter formal tomorrow, and i have no idea what to do with my makeup. I want to look classy, and not have too much makeup. My dress is blue. Also i am RETARDED when it comes to makeup, i never wear it, so any help would be amazing!
please help! thank you
 
If you can: Curl your eyelashes. But only do this if there's someone who can show you how to do it properly.

1. Use a nice soft eyeliner in deep navy or any other color on your top lid only. Make sure to line right next to your lashes. Only line! Don't try to color in the rest of your lid! Urban Decay is great, but if not, the CoverGirl stuff looks okay.
2. Use a lengthening mascara. I really like the CoverGirl mascara that comes in a red tube. Use only one coat.
3. You are set!

also make sure to curl the lashes before the mascara!
 
go to youtube and just search around there for how to vids on makeup
then experiment and find which one you like the most
once you have found the one i sudjest practicing so it look just right on the big day
