i have a cut on my lower palm and its very painful and stopping me from falling aleep.

how do i make the pain? i fell on my lower palm today and it ripped off skin about the size of the dime. it hurts to move my hand. and it is keeping me from falling asleep because of how painful it is. how do i make the pain go away?
