I have a court date tomorrow but not sure if i can attend.please help?

it is my first time, i got ticketed and now i have to go to court. If i pay my citation online is that mean i don't have to go to the court? just take the traffic school right?

Unless the ticket demands your appearance you can pay the fine online.

If you want to attend traffic school in lieu of the fine, that usually requires an appearance in court and would be up to the judge. Not everyone/nor every violation is eligible for traffic school.

On line payment should take care of it but you could always call the court house and ask.
