I have a cold sore and need to get rid of it ASP!?

Well I have a dentist appointment tomorrow and I have a very noticeable cold sore on the corner of my mouth. I don't want to go in and my dentist get grossed out or anything. I try to cover it up with makeup but it still is noticeable. I've had this cold sore about a week now. I know I should have treated it long ago. But now I'm desperate for help!
 
There is no way you will get rid of a cold sore by tomorrow. Reschedule your appointment and start using some Abreva or Anbesol until it's gone.
