I have a chevy blazer 1997 ans almost every time the car starts the fuse

You have a short, follow the wires that goes to the dash,more than likely either you have a loose connection touching ground or a broken wire. You might ask why not eveytime, when you drive, the car bounces, thus moves the wire, good luck
 
powering the dash blows whats wrong? Sometimes the car will go on and off 5 times before blowing the fuse others its will every time i tried with many fuses
