...America and this happened about? 3 years ago and now that i finally have my license im trying to get everything settled so i fixed the car but now apparently mom never finalized switching the title to her name and she cant contact him because of where he moved so how do i go about getting the title under my or my moms name?
Is it possible or do we HAVE to have him sign the papers once again and mail them to us?
I know nothing about cars or how any of this goes so any help would really be helpful.

and yes he did sign the title over, but she never went to go turn it in or whatever she had to do and im guessing its been dated or something? =/ im so sorry im so bad at this!
