It's the clear problem of earthing in your car. Earthing is the process where unwanted electrical current is passed on to the surface of the earth using some metal.
This can be caused because the earth wire(Usually green wire) is not connected properly either to your stereo system or to the car body.
So, take it to a car electrician and they will check it for you. It shouldn't be an expensive job.
