Ok so last December I got an LG env3. For the first few months, it was great. Within the last few months, I have experienced it being slow, locking up, paint wearing off, and shuting down/restarting randomly. I do not have a 2 year contact, for we are on a family plan and do not have an upgrade available at the moment (not until February of 2011). My first question: Is there anything I can do? (I have made sure the firmware is at the latest version and I took it to the Verizon store and they told me to delete pictures and that didn't help) My next question: Should I take it into Verizon and tell them everything that is happening? (If I do, what do you think they would say?)
