I have a bricked iPhone, would changing the Mainboard help fix it?

iPhone status: When turned ON -> Apple logo appears -> scramble of letters and numbers -> turns OFF -> restarts on its own w/ the same process, can only be turned OFF when Power and Home button are pressed together.
