need help!!! or an ATTORNEY? i have a brick home that is built on a slab, every time it rains water comes in my home. So my husband built a new slab all around our home and also put gutters around the house so that water would not fall directly at the base of the house, still water comes in...i am now thinking that the foundation of our home is no longer good..we have carpet and vinyl rugs on our floors..i was wondering if our foundation is crack all up, all over the house would the insurance cover? will the home be considered "total loss" or "not good"...is it repairable or what....after all what i have been through with this home, i consider it a "lemon"..i no longer want the home, and i dont want to sell the home to someone else so that this too would cause them trouble...someone please help me....i need your advise....I DONT want to abandon the home it would ruin my credit...HELP! PLEASE!
