its still run only 2000 kms. according to the site it should give 26/36 mpg. Somehow i have another confusion. In digital meter it indicates 7.5 Km/L and when i actually pump fuel and calculate the trip distance using trip 1 and 2 it shows about 6 km/L. Please tell me wheather the distance is shown in miles or kilometers in trip distance. Would the fuel efficiency get better as vehicle gets older

well first off your talking in mpg's and km/l and maybe its 26/36 km/l which would sound just about right with 7.5 km/l but if that isnt the case most of the time you have to reset your mileage and mile per gallon on your computer thing to get the accurate information

well not every car wil get just what they say a lot depends on the driver and where your driving it the most and what type of fuel your using 26/36 mpg is only what they got in testing so first lets start with what brand or fuel and what octane each place you buy fuel at wil give you a different reading... so you fill up at place you always stop at and fill up with best they have set mileage or write it down drive that tank out write that down fill up with next lower octane do same set mileage drive til you need to fill again one will get you better mileage that wil be the one to use at that place then you fill up at place you stop at sometimes and do the same thing start with best they have and one of their octanes will get a better mileage then you know two type and two place... its like this my nissan gets Great mile by using shell high octane but gets the same miles with mobil regular.. not everyone will drive the same and fuel wil be different at every place you stop and depends on what city or state your living in but if you do this test you wil find the type and brands of fuel that your car gets the best mileage with and depending on how you drive and how much air in tires and how cold it is.... cant really go by what company says its just a guide to what it might get some might get better some worse and no it dont get better with age id try another brand of gas and a higher octane keep setting and checking til you find the brand and octane car wants
