I have a birthday debate over my son?

I have a long story. I was married when I was 19 but divorced (she cheated, controlled and emotionally and physically abused me). After the divorce, I rebounded with this chick. I fell for the "I can't get pregnant" line and didn't wrap it. I regret it but I have a beautiful son out of the deal. We broke up because she turned out just like my ex wife, controlling, she cheated alot, and was emotionally abusive towards me.

My son's birthday is coming up and my ex girlfriend planned a birthday party at the park. I am now remarried to an amazing woman and she doesn't want her there. She invited my ex wife to the birthday party. My ex wife ever since the divorce, has harassed me and my family and has harassed and bullied my wife. We have recently gotten a no-contact order against her.

I don't know why my ex girlfriend invited my ex wife to my son's birthday but I don't want to go to the party now. What can I do?

Don't go. Have a party of your own with your wife and yours and her family. That's what we have always done for my step son. My husband and and his ex girlfriend have never gotten along and could never have a combined party. It seems you're in the same boat...

Have her arrested for violating the peace order by sending an invitation and that will teach her a lesson. You may also be able to get custody of your child if she get in trouble with the law. Proves she is not fit and a little crazy. Throw your own party and don't pay her no mind.

That is crazy she invites your ex wife. Is that her way of making sure you don't show up? If you have a no-contact order than she should have to leave, she really has no business there. Does the baby momma know you have a no-contact order and this woman has harassed you and your wife?

I'd talk to your ex girlfriend about the guest list.
