i'm not that fat, but i still want to cut down on any type of food. The thing is that my mom buys a lot of snacks, i can't help but eat it. Don't tell me to tell my mom to stop buying it, she never stops, and i don't mind doing work outs, but don't give me anything like replace my hunger with a fruit or vegetable, i just want to stop eating so much, how should my daily diet be. And also, don't give me anything on pills, my parents forbid it
