i have a 99 jeep cherokee and i have a problem with the heat/ac.?

i can hear the blower motor under the dash working but there is hardly any air coming out of the vents and on one side it's cold air and the other warm air even though the climate control is set all the way hot or cold. i replaced the thermostat hoping that would help but it didn't. thanks
