i have a 98 mazda 626 with a 2.0 and it wont idle unless you hold your foot on the

gas any ideas?
has new plugs and coil replaced mass air flow,tps,and iac motor they were replaced with used parts...

Idle air control valve might be shot. I had a '93 626 do this to me once.
