I have a '98 Honda Civic. My driver's side front is making a rubbing/grinding

noise. Any idea? The noise is not a wheel baring as I've had that replaced since the noise started. It doesn't actually seem to be affecting the driving at all. I do notice that the noise is worse when I'm going straight or turning to the right. If I go over a bump or go left, the noise calms down. It doesn't go away, but it lets up a little.

I can feel the "grinding" through the wheel and the pedals. Lightly, but it's there.

One theory is that it is a CV boot that is ripped.

Any thoughts?
