i have a 98 honda cbr 900rr my battery keeps dying but bike will run all day when i

push start it? i just replaced the bttery it started great for a few weeks then started to drag then wouldnt start it will run all day when i push start it so that leads me to beleive the stator s good i checked the main fuse by the battery and the fuse holder looked like t had been melted a lil bit but the fuse was fine any suggestions on what could be the prob

may be the alternator m8 not sure of the correct names on motorcycles for this part though, also perform a complete check of all fuses as if one is damaged a overload could be taking place resulting in mis directed power around the bike when turned off
