...The battery light is on.? the battery was installed with the cables being on the wrong posts. Well the battery and alternator were replaced but the battery light in the dash is still on.the fuses were checked out. what could it be?
The charging system isn't working if the battery light is on. Odds are, there's a open circuit between the battery and alternator - a burned open connector, fuse or wire. Check the alternator connections for battery voltage.
