I have a 98 Dodge Stratus ES it has been giving me problems starting.?

I know it ain't the starter it's not that kind of won't start. It's like it don't get enough gas i had the fuel pump looked at and it is fine. The car will hesitate for about a block befor it drives normal.
 
sounds like a bad plug wire. if you recently had them changed make sure you didn't use the cheap line of spark plug wires. either that or your catalytic converter is clogged. you should have a check engine light on. if the light is not on the bulb is most likely blown. have the car scanned and that should tell you where to look. good luck
