...getting a good price to fix them? I called a couple of places and they said around 130.00 Is that to much? The pads if I bought them myself are only 20.00. I don't need anything extra put the pads being replaced on the front. Some places think they can rip women off.
 
you can try replacing the pads only yourself as a cheap fix, but the rotors may be worn as well and may need to be resurfaced (turned) if thick enough to do so. No $130 is not too much if the guarantee their work. You need good brakes for safety sake.
