I have a 96 dodge stratus and I here loud thumps when driving?

It could be a number of things.
Your shocks could be dead.
Your stabilizer pins for your roll bar could be broken (it doesn't take much to wear them out and are cheap to fix) Just my opinion but after re reading what you said it might just be the roll bar banging around since there isnt much holding it in and should be repaired asap because in a worst case scenario you may end up with a roll bar flying through one of your tires.
And you could need an alignment. However if your car doesnt seem to be drifting left or right while driving then most likely your alignment is fine.

Take it in and have them look at it, most places will tell you what is wrong with it for free.
 
I have a 96 dodge stratus and when ever i go over a bump i hear loud thumps from the front of the car and also my rear tire is going bald from the inside out. Can someone PLS tell me wat the problem could be and is it expensive to get it fixed

ur shocks could be done with, and u may need an aignment..im not great in this field though
