It could be a number of things.
Your shocks could be dead.
Your stabilizer pins for your roll bar could be broken (it doesn't take much to wear them out and are cheap to fix) Just my opinion but after re reading what you said it might just be the roll bar banging around since there isnt much holding it in and should be repaired asap because in a worst case scenario you may end up with a roll bar flying through one of your tires.
And you could need an alignment. However if your car doesnt seem to be drifting left or right while driving then most likely your alignment is fine.
Take it in and have them look at it, most places will tell you what is wrong with it for free.
