i have a 95 toyota camry V6 LE the front left parking bulb went out?

i was told by my previous answer to this how to pull out the housing which i was able to but the bulb is not visible--i tried pulling on the piece which is connected to the wires out of it's space but it didnt budge & didnt want to try to force it--is this how i'm supposed to expose the bulb or do i try to pry off the exterior part which looks to be snapped in at 3 places? thanks
