have checked the drums on rear,plugged up the lines at master cylinder. Still not much brakes at all. Need some input from you good folks.
ABS : no longer works,the mechanic rerouted everything away from it.All hoses etc have beeen checked, everything seems to be fine.They have bled everything several times no air is present in the line. The pedal does this:when you apply pressure to brake pedal it slowly goes down,once it does you have enough brakes to hold the truck at a stop. But this could fail also in time. Not real safe to drive. No we do not depend on this truck, but do need it
They bypassed the ABS after 2 master cylinders didn't work. Plenty of fluid is going thru. But I will tell my boyfriend of the lines closing up idea.
2 mechanics, ford garage they said,
When we plugged up the lines off the m/c 1 at a time we had good pedal that did not go down on 1 of the lines,other was bad,plug up both no pedal
