I have a 95 Ford E150 with 195k miles on it. When I hit the gas pedal it stalls out.?

Another words when we have the engine running at a red light we hit the gas and it stalls out.
We replaced the fuel filter, talked to a transmission Specialist, checked the fuel pump, replaced the idle control valve, cleaned the fuel system out with additives, replaced the battery, checked all the air hoses, got 5 different opinions from auto techs and even payed for a mechanic to tell us what the problem was, we did what he said and we still have the problem. Any other suggestions?
 
Sounds like the air meter

the meter is in the air inlet tube after the air filter idle the truck and bang on this tube (if the truck stalls replace the air meter)

I have seen this a lot on ford trucks
