it does not run hot and when you drive it 20 or 30 mile turn it off you can hear it bubbling up there is no oil in the rator and the oil is not milkey
it does not run hot and when you drive it 20 or 30 mile turn it off you can hear it bubbling up there is no oil in the rator and the oil is not milkey and i have to put about a half gallon of antfrezz in it but no leaks
it will bubble up for about 5 min.
 
Make sure your cooling fans kick on. Like the mechanic said it may be a problem with your thermostat. I owned a 96 Neon for about 3 years and I spent more money on that thing than it was worth. i wish you luck. Seriously!
 
check your antifreeze level when the car engine is cold. The bubbling noise is normal, just ensure you have coolant in the radiator. If its not over heating, you have no issues, if it is, then replace your thermostat! Good luck !
 
you may have a thermostat sticking just enough to cause it to run just hot enough to do this and a bad radiator cap will also cause this too happen,when they loose pressure they will cause one to bubble back over to the reservoir tank and do that,id try replacing the cap and see it that helps it any,and make sure its full of coolant,good luck.
