I bought a '95 Chrysler Concorde 3.3 last year, about 6 months ago. I noticed that when it shifts from 1st to 2nd and vice versa, it shifts "rough" like it got stuck in the process. Sometimes I can feel it near my feel, so somethings hitting something.
This only happens about 1 in 6 times it shifts in those gears. The higher gears are fine. Also, when I accelerate faster than usual at about 2-2.5 RPM it rarely sticks.
My uncle told me about this after I bought it, and I said, yea my car has a transmission issue I think. He said just to watch it and see if it gets worse, which it hasn't. I also googled it and alot of chryslers have transmission issues.
Does anyone know what is going on here? and could you explain the mechanics too?
