I have a 95-96 dodge stratus. When the car starts it idles very rough,?

and has poor acceleration. When you get going down the road, it goes away and acts normal. I Had an oil change recently and now has a leak somewhere. Thats when this issue started. the leaks not coming from the drain plug or the filter, that i can tell anyways. Also, When you start the car, a squeaky sound comes from some where, maybe the starter? Whats the issue with this car? lol
