i have a 94 toyota 4 runner 2wd and the front tires are cupping?

the tires are balanced and i have new shocks installed. the car steers straight and the alignment is ok. whats wrong? is it possible the front wheel bearings are worn. they are the original bearings and have never had them repacked. the truck has over 170,000 miles. or could the ball joints be bad or other suspension parts that were overlooked during the wheel alignment. any info would be appreciated. suki
 
tires wear due to alignment issues if you had someone align the vehicle try someone else.
