...breaks where locked. i dont know y I need to know if its the breaks or the anti lock break system that is not working. i need some feedback in how to repair this problem.
It may sound simple, but try pumping the breaks. First with the car off, then with it on. The rotor may have a bit of rust that is causing the breaks to stick.
If that doesn't work try some WD40, or other rust remover between the pads/shoes and the rotor.
ABS doesn't control the rear brakes. More than likely you have a little rust build up on them. Try and break them loose by taking the tire off and hitting the brake drum lightly with a hammer around the outside edge.
